Patient Experience Manager
Leads and manages various patient education programs and initiatives geared specifically to improving the overall patient experience and each of Orthodontic Expert’s clinic’s culture of service. As the Patient Experience Manager, Ben will be building and managing Orthodontic Expert’s official patient experience department and playing the role of liaison between all of our clinics, other departments, and making a difference in our communities through various partnerships.
Community Relations Coordinator
My name is Shannon and I am Orthodontic Expert’s Community Relations Coordinator. Back in 2017, I graduated from the scenic Northern Michigan University with a BS in English and a minor in Writing. Currently, though, I am an online graduate student at Grand Canyon University in the MA program of English with an Emphasis in Education. I absolutely love to travel and am a big lingual nerd, so I actually lived and taught in Thailand for a year in 2018. I also love to write in general, but tend to focus on psychological horror stories; my goal is to write as the next, female Steven King! On another note, though, I’m a dog mom to a one year old chihuahua mix named Sparky. I absolutely adore her and try to spend all my free time with her!
