Meet the Human Resources Team

As an HR Manager, I manage and oversee administrative HR functions, policies, practices, and procedures. I am happy to assist with any questions or concerns in regards to benefits, recruiting, and employee relations.

I am responsible for processing payroll which includes but is not limited to overseeing deductions, bonus prorations, and making sure we are in compliance with state and federal laws. I also am in charge of all the back-end configuration of the employee’s accounts and making sure that Paylocity is running smoothly. Lastly, I answer employee benefits questions, assist with benefits issues, benefit billing, and invoicing.

Krista is responsible for filling open positions, conducting Interviews for potential new employees as well as being a contact for existing employees looking for information on new positions.

Syeda Emad, HR assistant who handles general HR-related tasks such as PTO requests, creates schedules, looks after OE vacation program, Covid-19 test mandate, employee spotlight, employee of the month drawings.

Elizabeth is our Orthodontic Assistant for our Homewood’s clinic. She has previously worked as a dental assistant. She is looking forward to learning new things. She brings her teamwork skills to the team. In her free time, she spends time with her niece and nephews and goes horse riding.

Amanda is our Treatment Coordinator for our Aurora’s clinic. She has previously worked at a warehouse picking medication. She is looking forward to helping patients. She brings her happy and outgoing personality to the team. In her free time, she spends time with her kids and family.

Brisa is our Orthodontic Assistant for our Rockford’s clinic. She has previously worked at a Cosmetology center. She is looking forward to helping patients. Her goal is to grow in the company. She brings her positivity and friendliness to the team. In her free time, she spends time with her daughter..

Quineshia is our New Patient Coordinator for our Menomonee Falls clinic. She has previously worked as a resident assistant. She is looking forward to learning new things. She brings her enthusiastic and optimistic personality to the team. In her free time, she makes waist beads and cooks.

Iris is our Patient Service Representative II for Joliet’s clinic. She has previously worked as a patient support specialist. She is looking forward to a fun and welcoming environment. Her goal is to grow in the company and buy a house. She brings her adaptable and team player skills to the team. In her free time, she likes to try new restaurants and visit new places.

Jesscia is our Patient Service Representative for Dekalb’s clinic. She has previously worked as an operations supervisor. She is looking forward to interacting with patients. Her goal is save and purchase property. She brings her fun and energetic personality to the team. In her free time, she spends time with her family.

Dominique is our Orthodontic Assistant for our Menomonee Falls clinic. He has previously worked at Ortho Smiles. He is looking forward to growth and opportunities. His goal is to grow in the company. He brings his communication and team player skills to the team. In his free time, he likes to shop.
