Most dental offices have been visited at least once and referred months later. However, some dentists will often hear about us and use us as a suggestion for their patients. When visited, the dental relations team gives them information about the main Orthodontist, what our clinic looks like, and, if applicable, an insurance list, or information on phase 1 treatment for children. If the team visits them a second time, they give the dental partner information on referral perks for the entire clinic or a piece of collateral that highlights the main points of how accessible Orthodontic Experts is (i.e., free consultations, multilingual staff, etc.).
Dentist and Staff Discount:
- Referring Dentist & Immediate Family: FREE treatment (excluding clear aligner lab fees)
- Referring Office Staff & Immediate Family: 30% off treatment (excluding clear aligner lab fees)
Non-Immediate Family Discount Exceptions:
- Gold: 30% off treatment (excluding clear aligner lab fees)
- Silver: 20% off treatment (excluding clear aligner lab fees)
- Bronze: 10% off treatment (excluding clear aligner lab fees)
